Quadvan 4WD Conversion Parts Van Question

TLDR: Will the stock transfer case (BW AL34-7A195-CC) and 4R75E transmission grom a 2010 Ford F150 be sufficient for my conversion. I can't find any pinpoint data on the stock BW transfer case being used in a 4WD E-350 conversion.

I have an 09 E350 EB with a 5.4l engine. Sitting at about 165000 miles and the transmission is getting the hard shift issues. Ford TSB says planetary gear is the fix but that requires a drop off the transmission and might as well do a rebuild. I have access to a 06 E350 SB Quadvan conversion for parts. The trans and transfer case is gone but all other components are there. The van was an underground shuttle van at a nearby mine. Body and interior are beat to hell but the van only had 38,000 miles. I also have a long on a 2010 Ford F150 transmission and transfer case with about 50,000 miles on them. So to specify my question, should I just rebuild my current 4R75E, change the output shaft, add the tail housing, and source a NP273? Or will the other 4R75E transmission and Borg-Warner AL34-7A195-CC transfer case be sufficient. I'm less worried about it bolting right up and more worried and the transfer case being strong enough for my big ass van. Anyone dealt with this before? Thanks!

I think you'll be ok. GCWR of the max tow F150 was actually higher than the E350 5.4L.

I didn't know it was higher. I thought they were the same. I guess I probably should've added this question as well; is there any benefit of NV273 over the factory BW transfer case?

I saw something interesting yesterday about the difference between a Borg Warner 1356, which is gear-driven for the speedo, and an NP271, which is pulse-driven.

Starts around 12:50 in this video about swapping an AJ's 4x4 conversion out of a wrecked 7.3 into a replacement 7.3. (Crazy vid, btw.)
Not sure whether the difference carries over to your t-case versus the NP273, or the 5.4 versus the 7.3, but wanted to share just in case.
