Does anyone have the Ford part number for belt tensioner on a 1997 E350 7.3l motor

Ford's p/n seems to be F7TZ-6B209-AA or Motorcraft equivalent BT44.

I recently ordered that motorcraft part. Popped right on and is slightly improved from OEM
