Wow Phil. Where did you get that info? Is that from a Ford web site? I like to keep all that kind of info in a file on my PC in the van so If I have a problem on the road, reading it might save my ass in the middle of nowhere...Thanks I'll cut and paste that one.
I found it here: http://intellidog.com/dieselmann/60bulletin.htm

Here's some other links I have saved from this and other problems I have researched.

Re: The Hits Just Keep Coming - 7.3 Problems

Well I give up. Gonna take it in to get it fixed. After that, I might move on to a Duramax crew cab. Frustrated.

Re: The Hits Just Keep Coming - 7.3 Problems

Problem solved. Wife got a new Subaru Outback Limited today. I get her hand me down '07 Corolla S so I have a reasonable daily driver instead of the Sporty. Sporty sits until weather a little warmer so I can tackle this fuel supply issue. I think I might take my usual shotgun approach to automotive repair: Replace everything that might even remotely be the problem so the real problem gets fixed in the process. You laugh, but with the "Patented Deminimis Approach," all related parts are replaced with new parts for the cost of having a shop replace the single failing part. My mantra: If it ain't broke, fix it! Already amassing parts for the repair (new IPR, ICP, fuel pump, and will probably order up a new HPOP for good measure although those should not fail for 300k, new back pressure sensor and anything else I can think of). An early Spring weekend project. Check Mrs. DeMinimis' new ride:

And for those with a 7.3, here is a good reference relating to codes, bulletins, recalls, etc.
