Want new shocks and steering stabilizer, and maybe a 2" lift

I recently bought a 2004 SMB (2WD, EB,5.4, E250, 45k mi) and it wanders just a little. I replaced the wheels, tires and brakes this seemed to help a bit, I now want to add Bilstein shocks and a steering stabilizer. Can someone tell me the part numbers for the shocks and stabilizer and maybe where to get them? Also, would like a small lift but wonder would this make it wander more and affect the shocks I buy?

I just looked up the steering stabilizer brackets and they don't show them as fitting a 2004 E250 but they show it for a 2005 E250. Anyone know if there is a difference?
