A/C blowing hot

My A/C started blowing warm air on my trip home this weekend. I followed the instructions on a recent thread and left the blower switch on low for the starcool, and turned the switch above the driver's head on. The air coming out of the front vents was barely cool, and the outside temperature was only 80. Any ideas on where I should start to troubleshoot this problem?

elusive freon leak

So I took my SMB in today to the Ford dealer, and they confirmed my suspicions that I had lost all of my freon. They looked for the flourescent dye and couldn't find any, and they vacumn tested the system and it held. So they refilled the freon, and I'm hoping it stays this time.
