After market A/C

In the search for a SMB I have found only one that had the Starcool the other had 12v secondary A/C in the rear and another had none at all. Now I know that I live in the Pacific Northwest however there are times I would pay a pretty penny to have A/C at night. A few weeks ago, since this is still a strong memory, we were out camping in 95ish temps and it cooled to maybe the mid 70's. That to me was too much as I was laying on top of our mattress just sweating. Yuck! An A/C system of sorts would have made me a much happier (and the wife/son) camper. What systems have you had luck in installing after the SMB build out? How has it performed? Would you recommend it to your friends? What was the cost to install? Thanks much!

Lots of existing threads on this. The short: not too many good options, but some clever retrofits.
