Anyone use Aerogel Spaceloft insulation?

I'm planning on insulating my interior plumbing spaces to prevent freezing of water lines. I was about sold on trying Prodex Total, but someone recommended Aerogel Spaceloft blanket material. I read a few brief comments about its use in RVs and they were mixed revues. Has anyone here installed this material in their SMB? I was thinking about placing it on the exterior side of the cabinet under the sink as well as the floor around the water tank and under the plumbing lines.

Any suggestions or experiences installing or rating this material would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Using the search feature I see that there's a difference between insulation and a thermal barrier, as well as that the few references to aerogel are very old. I'm guessing that its use didn't turn out too well for RVs, so it's back to the drawing board.
