Likely a vacuum leak in the line.. and that will likely be the gray valve. I’d recommend starting there.
I had a nearly impossible time trying to source that gray shutoff valve locally last spring. Ended up having to get it from the Sportsmobile Store. I bought an extra just to have on hand.

I have to respectfully disagree Robb. The pumps have rubber seals in them which do go bad. I had the exact problem described above with one. It would pump but cycle every few seconds. New pump, problem solved. No other leaks found.

Many pumps have rebuild kits, or complete replacement ends available. Since the motor runs fine, why throw it out? Save some money and fix the one you have, a land-fill somewhere will thank you.

East coast, West coast throw down. Wagers on what the issue is....takers?
I say rip the whole entire damn system out and anyone but the Patriots start over! Nothing to it and would certainly solve the problem

Well shit. And now the cycling is about every 20 seconds. Worked well for a shower today. Heading back to Duhrango Sunday with empty system and due to some medical issues will have lots of time to get it fixed. West coast.

Whisper voice......"it's the pump". Rob was probably inebriated when he posted that. It was after noon. $50 and you have the satisfaction of knowing.

If you have any kind of farm stores near you most of them carry similar pumps for spraying weeds and such.
