Countertop with built in sink

So I took out my countertop and cabinets. They were just too big/heavy (and old/water damaged). I'd like to put in a much smaller countertop on custom, light plywood, cabinets. About 2 feet deep by 3 feet long. Very simple construction.

I'm looking for a one piece 2x3 (approx) countertop with a built in sink. A one piece plastic one would be nice. Ideally, I could fit a cutting board over the sink. The cooktop would just be a small, single burner, propane unit that would be kept in the cabinet when not in use.

The internet is no help so far. Does anyone know where to look for such an item?
