Day / Night Shade Cord Retainer/Tensioner

Hi, I have two day/night shades that can use a new cord. They are about 20 inch shades in a regular fixed window - not on a door. The cord tensioners are gone and I don't know how they should be mounted.

I do see the re-cord thread which has some photos but they photos of a door window.

Does anyone have a photo or description of where those tensioners go for a window mounted in the van body and not the door?

Thanks.

Hard to reply without knowing which window(s) you’re talking about. Any chance you could take pictures of your setup? Typically the tensioners are just screwed into the plastic molding that encases the window frame.

On further review, it was an Occum's Razor thing - there is no tensioner apparently like some shades - it uses a spring in the bottom rail. So I just need some cord and to string it all together.
