Dometic Frigerator Freezer CFX75 WONT START

Bought this amazing unit for my van I will be living out of and it has sat in my room without being moved for 1 yr as I build my van

Moved it across room and plugged it back in to 110v and now will not turn on again

Have checked fuse and it is fine and NOT burnt

Have email Dometic and also posted for help on their YouTube video for this model asking for help

Have not heard back anything in close to a week

Any ideas, suggestions, or ?

Thanks for your time

Have you tried plugging it in to DC? Any power point/cig lighter on any car close by should work. I'm betting it's power cord if it's new(ish) and it was working fine before.

Garage
Does it have a overide switch?

The emergency switch should be left in the "Normal use" position at all times, except if you cannot get the refrigerator to switch on for some reason. Switching to "Emergency override" feeds power straight to the compressor so that you do not lose your foodstuff. The thermostat control is overridden when the emergency override is selected and the compressor will run constantly which may cause fresh food to become frozen. Manual turning on and off will be necessary to prevent that until service is arranged.
Applicable to models: CFX 28, CFX 35W, CFX 40W, CFX 50W, CFX 65W, CFX 75DZW, CFX 95DZW.

Thanks for replies and suggestions

Yes I have tried both AC and DC

As well as reset button and pulling and checking fuse (not burnt)

Nothing has powered it up

Next thing I would try then is to see if power is getting from the source (wall or car cig lighter) to the fridge end of the power cord. It could still be a cord problem. You'll need a multimeter for this.
