Dometic propane fridge control photo needed

Hi,

I've smeared the lettering on the gas temperature control knob on my 30 year old Dometic 2190 propane fridge. Also the control knob for the 12 volt temperature setting is missing.

I imagine every Dometic from way back uses the same knobs.

I need a clear photo of two things:

1- the gas temperature control knob

2- the 12 volt temperature control knob

Thank you.

G.

I'll add photos of the existing gas knob and the missing 12 volt temperature control knob.

I have no idea which way these things adjust and the old unit takes so long to react to adjustments as the day's temps vary it would just be easier with a photo or two.

Thanks.

One of these might be of help...No pictures, but recommended settings and how it works....For 12v, maybe try the middle+ and measure with a temp sensor...Gas start with 4...12v is incredibly inefficient...

Thank you.

Tested it. 10 amp draw to run the 12 volt side. Ouch.
