Draining water heater 110v

Anyone have a good way to drain the water heater under the sink. It has a plug, but no real way to get the water out of van. Any ideas? I might do some cold weather camping and do not want it to freeze.

Mine has a drain pan under it with a tube that goes out under the floor. Does yours not have one?

No. It has an over flow from the top, but nothing from the bottom. The manual shows a drain plug low, but not easy to get too.
