E350 Stock Replacement Headliner

I have a 2005 E350 Quigley Chateau. The short front section of the headliner isn't in very good shape. A combination of a windshield that leaked and the desert sun beating the front edge of it.

Does anyone have a source for a stock replacement headliners? They are discontinued from Ford. I did some Google searching and didn't come up with anything.

You may be better served locating an Automotive upholstery shop to address your problem - would certainly advise to review any customer "feedback" published before you commit.

Agreed ^^^, or even simpler to just find a replacement from a salvage yard. It takes about 10 minutes to pull one. Pull down door gaskets, remove a-pillar trim, pop big plastic push-pin thingies from across the back (some will probably break), remove visors and visor-keepers and it will fall right down on you.

If your van is gray they are very common. Tan much less common.

...and you can also re-do yours with new headliner material; the material and adhesive are both readily available.

If you find grey or tan boring, you could do fake leopard skin, alligator, ostrich......the sky's the limit.

If you do re-upholstery yours, be SURE! to use hi temp contact cement, or you will have dangle's the first hot day.
