Econoline seat swivel bases?

I have seen videos that refer to Sportmobile seat swivel bases designed specifically for Ford Econolines (I am looking at buying a 2006).

I looked on Sportmobile website and I don't see a "shop" with accessories like this for sale.

Also, can you fit them on the drivers side as well as the passenger side?

Anyone know where I can get them and what they cost for a pair?
