Get a picture of your controller so I can see it. Anything 2010 and newer should have the digi controller. Gray wire should be disconnected as for altitude you should have to do nothing on a 2010 and newer. These used and electronic compensator and no switch needed. Also if its the digi controller the factory default timer is set to run 10 hours and shut off. You need to get into the menu to change it.
