Espar heater not warming up

Hoping someone can give me some insight. I have an Espar d5 coolant heater and it just is not warming the coolant like it used to. Starts up and runs fine but always shuts off prematurely before getting the coolant up to temp. Inlet and outlet coolant lines are about 65°C. Further down the line they are only about 30°C. It runs a full cycle with no fault codes but just does not warm the entire cooling system. It used to bring the vehicle right up to operating temperature. I can hear the coolant pump running. Is it possible it does not have enough flow?

Van Heater Issue:
2003 E350 7.3 EB SMB
On my most recent trip (last week) The van heater stopped supplying warm air and it was cold outside including snow.
I do a quick check: A/C air works fine, De-frost works fine, Vent air worked fine both cold and hot which is how I heated the van interior. The fam is fine just no air coming thru the heater vent.
Anyone have thoughts on my issue. Where do I start to correct this issue with the hot air supply.

dpady,

Have you check the liquid level in the reservoir?

dpady,
I'm not sure what your replying to?
The vent's are not releasing any warm air...everything else works.

Mike,

Not sure if you are aware, but you posted in someone else's thread asking about their Espar heater. Sounds like you are asking about the built-in van heater. Might be worth starting a separate thread?

Dpady was responding to the original poster of this thread, NOT to your question.
