Sorry I did not get any pics of fuel tank plumbing.
We drilled a hole near factory fuel pump/pickup and removed it for access to secure the nut on espar pickup tube and then replaced the factory pump and plumbed from the espar pickup with 3/16 stainless brake line over to the espar fuel pump.
My install is in a Chevy van so I have a plastic fuel tank.

You have your unit working already? do you like it? (heat output, water output, noise...)
Did you got an upgraded controller or the one that comes with the kit?
Thanks.

Fired it for the first time yesterday and had a leak in my recirculating tank so had to pull for more welding.

The noise of the Espar is not bad at all and it is right under my bed.
The Maradyne heater that I used to replace the one in the kit is terrible.
If I were doing it again I would use a cozy heater from Aqua Hot

I used the Easy start select controller which is the cheapest one that you can select with the kit that reads codes. I would not do that again as it will only run the Espar for 2hrs and that is not long enough for cabin heating.
I will be trying to figure out a way to run the Espar from thermostat and still read codes In the future.

I will give a better run down of system and some pics once I get it dialed in.
