Agree about a pressure leak, but it sounds like water is leaking somewhere too. My money is on the tank drain valve not closing fully.

I found the thing that keeps the pump running when faucet valves are closed was I forgot to turn the fill valve back off, and the pump just runs putting water back into the tank.

Another potential leak area is the actual water fill/regulator itself

I have almost an identical issue, Water disappears if the system is pressurized. I did figure out that I did have a leak, but it was so slow that the water would often evaporate before it pooled under the van. I was able to trace down the leak to the city water valve.

Hi All, I ended up taking her to a shop. I had a bad pump, and a leaky valve. Thanks for all your words of wisdom. Much appreciated and ready to roll into the New Year. Merry Christmas!
