Headrests and seat replacements

I've got a 1995 Ford E250. Does anyone know anything about replacing the captains chairs with replacements that have headrests. As in, the kind that prevent/reduce whiplash? I just noticed that my seat back ends at about my neck level. No support behind my head.

This seems very odd.

I tried searching the forums but didn't see anything on this.

Kinda off topic...

any one pull your seats out, clean and lube the turn tables
currently i have to really wrestle with the passenger swivel
i dont even attempt the driver
