Hey herb, what 12v system do you have?? How does it work, good or bad etc. I didn't know of any thing but starcool

It's on SMB's price sheet (just over $1200), but I don't really see any description anywhere else on their site. SMB installs an extra fan speed switch on the lower dash that controls the rear blower in the rear of the van, and the vents are installed above the rear doors. I believe a chilled liquid is run from the front to a rear liquid to air heat exchanger, and then the blower blows air over the chilled liquid contained in the heat exchanger. This explanation is based upon a LOT of assumption on my part, and not much else. I defintely recommend a call to SMB to get the specifics (and then please post the explanation here).

Should have offered, if you're currently in SoCal, to come on up to Camping World in Valencia (Magic Mountain area) on Sunday morning around 1000. A couple of us are going to meet there to kick some tires, and spend some $$$ at Camping World. I believe there will be about 4 of us who are planning on being there.
