Help: What Norcold Model Do I Have?

Hope someone can help me. I want to order some replacement parts (shelves, freezer door) for our old Norcold that refuses to die. We got it with our first SMB I believe back in '00. Only problem is I have no idea what the model is or if parts are even available. Thanks in advance.

There's a good chance that if you pull it out, you will find a placcard with all the needed info on the top.

Thanks ArcticTraveler. Unfortunately no dice. The info sheet is on the inside but is completely faded and unreadable. But pulling out the fridge afforded another opportunity to marvel at the Sportsmobile craftsmanship that lies beneath.

It looks like my DE-541.

PPL motorhomes used to have parts. Click on their online catalog then on left side select refrigerators, find Norcold marine then look for model numbers. Been awhile since I looked for parts so may not have all steps but should give an idea on how to search.

It certainly does (just checked out your gallery) Thanks RNJ. I see they built in some head space and a vent above yours. Maybe I'll put a vent in on the upper sides of mine to help with ventilation. Thanks again.

I have the the same fridge in our Van from 1998 but it does have some kind of ventilation at the top. Our manual says DE-351 (2CF) or DE-541 (4CF) not whats the difference?

Size. 2 cubic feet vs. 4 cubic feet. The one that is more or less square is 2, the rectangular one is 4.

Thanks rallypanam. That makes sense, we really like the size of our fridge, looks like most of the newer SMBs only have 2CF less beer space.
