Hidden water lines

I'm trying to better understand the vulnerabilities of our water system, for cold weather camping. Specifically I'd like to know the routing of the waterlines, and better understand if the drains installed by SMB West are sufficient for those nights when it is cold outside, but while we are warm and cozy with our Espar heater inside.

My main question is what is the waterline path to the sink on the passenger side? The water connection is the typical location on the drivers side; with a drain below. We have a flat plate heat exchanger underneath, in front of the rear passenger side wheel; with its own two drains. We also have a shower head inside the back passenger side door, which is fed from the sink area.

Attached is our E350 (EB) floor plan which shows our sink on the passenger side. Also attached is a thermal image I took today (a cold day) after I ran hot water (from our house) through the van plumbing system. The image shows the feed coming up into the wall, from the rear side of the fuel fill, then a split forward to fill the tank, and another line going to the rear which somehow crosses to the passenger side. The feed in the wall to the rear goes behind the refrigerator and I could not trace it further. I was also not able to get a heat signature for a hot pipe crossing the floor.

Do any of you know the typical path SMB used to take water lines across the van? BTW, I added a mixing valve to our flat plate heat exchanger outfeed, which eliminated the scalding potential that we experienced before we did that mod. Relatively easy and well worth it.

Mine went back up over the rear doors.

My Ford E350 SMB plumbing also goes up above the rear doors. My old Dodge SMB van had the water pipes exposed under the van crossing from one side to the other.

My 2002 EB50 run on driver side back and under to the LP water heater on the rear passenger side. If I my hijack this thread a little....can anyone tell me why I'd be getting no cold water to my water heater from the main tank/pump when the cold water side of my faucet runs/flows fine? It cant be a pump issue, I did replace the anode and have considered a blockage in the tank, however, with everything on the cold water line to the waterheater barely trickles...I am at a loss.
