Since my fridges (ARB in the teardrop, EdgeStar hanging out in the garage) don't get used all the time, I just picked up a couple of these guys. 200g's of Bamboo charcoal that's supposed to absorb moisture and odors. You're supposed to 'rejuvenate' it every month or so by placing it in the sun, and after two years you can put it into soil as an amendment. I'll try to post some follow-up observations after a while.
