Installer for Heater and Sink in Southern California

Does anyone have a recommendation for a local installer (I am in Irvine) that could put a heater and a sink in a SMB? Preferably someone that has a good understanding of the different heater options available, pros and cons, etc. I have read quite a few threads on all the different heaters out there, but would like to have an actual discussion with someone knowledgeable as well.

Sink means water and waste, are you talking about having an electric pump, tank and gray water collection, or more like Saabman's first sink?

Personally I'd focus on Espar for space, I believe cellularSteve put one in his gasser.

Checked out Saabman's sink, interesting concept. I was planning to put a sink over the existing fridge, and just have a pump and water storage, and drain the gray water to the outside.

I looked at the Espar website, seems like they were all diesel heaters? Maybe I need to dig a little deeper, as I would need something gas/electric/propane, unless I installed a separate diesel tank.

The Espar has gas version. The airtronic D5 can be either diesel or gas.

The Webco is a 2000w heater and the Espar is 5500w heater. I am looking for a gas heater also. I am feeling that the 2000w Webco could be on the light side but on the other hand a 5500w heater would be on the high side. I think I would be running the Espar in low 1200w and medium 2700w most the time. Should there be any problems running the heater at "half throttle" most the time??

Have not looked at detail specs yet but I would assume the 5500w Espar would be a slightly larger package. On other hand do not think we would ever freeze in really cold weather.
