I would refer you to Marine grade - I've always used 303 products.

Then i would steer you towards these (just remember there is more benefit in treating your canvas & glass to maintain them and guard against issue, than there is to procrastinate & end out actively trying to resolve a problem because its occurred).

Depending on how bad your issue is, you may end out having to use a 10% bleach / 90% water solution to kill the spores...would only use that once though and remove it with additional water no longer than 5 minutes after you have applied it.
EDIT: If you have an awning, you should do the same maintenance to protect the fabric on it as well.
