Need a small lightweight air conditioner/fridge/microwave

Does anybody know of brands making the 3 appliances listed in the title? I am going to be plugging them all into an outside source so I don't need them to run on the trucks power. Any help would be helpful

Every one of those can be purchased in one store as a rule. Sears comes to mind for a medium quality product but I would think even Wal-Mart might have what you want.

Why don't you want a 12vDC/110vAC refrigerator? Are you planning to run it off an inverter while on the road?

Re: Need a small lightweight air conditioner/fridge/microwav

Not to hijack, but i'm about to purchase all 3 too for my soon-to-start project. I was thinking of a medium sized dorm fridge ($100-200 at Sears) run off a 1500 watt inverter and a dual battery setup with a deep cell and an isolator. For a microwave, i've just been thinking about a really small one, they're all cheap everywhere, and for air conditioning????? I'm searching for that myself. Also, i was gonna custom build a front rack for my Honda 2000 generator and use it while parked or even on the road if necessary to power stuff.

Re: Need a small lightweight air conditioner/fridge/microwav

Dorm fridge and an inverter is a bad idea. All the time the inverter has to be on, which just sucks battery power. I'm inclined to say dorm fridge and constant 110v is a bad idea too, but I just hate the idea of being tethered forever.... 4 hours on a Utah highway waiting for a tire repair could ruin all your food, even if there is 110v at either end of your trip.

I'd shop microwave on size, not brand.

Air conditioner... well you've always got the option to do a window unit out the back or side. For pure 110v I don't know you have many other options.

Why do you want the same brand?
