Pastic retro-fit window moldings breaking

2003 SMB E350 4X4 Penthouse. The plastic retro-fit window moldings that go around the van windows and support/enclose the day & night shades have been breaking. Anyone having a similar problem? Have you discovered either how to repair the plastic moldings or where we can get replacements?

It's plastic? Are you talking about the trim? Maybe a picture.

It is snowing outside so I borrowed a photo. The trim around the windows is made of plastic. It is starting to break where it is screwed onto the door. You can see the day/nite shade behind the plastic trim.
