Penthouse bed lift cables/hooks

My PH lift cables won't fit over both hooks on the bed, only one side.

Is this "normal"? One came unhooked the other day (not while bed was up)

What is the fix?

Re: Penthouse bed lift cables/hooks

There is a metal "thing" around the cable which forms the loop which goes around the hooks. Slide it up and that will enlarge the loop.

Re: Penthouse bed lift cables/hooks

Slide metal loop down when on hook to prevent coming off and to make the loop tight.
