Replacing ceiling fluorescent lights with LED

I already upgraded to new dimmable LED fixtures, but I just came across these that seem to be a viable solution (would need to remove the old ballast). No idea if the ones in this link work with the old ceiling fixtures, but I'm sure with a little effort on Google you can locate the size needed;
