Reupholster SMB Gaucho Bench?

Our older ('98) gaucho bench is uncomfortable to sleep on (low spots, saggy, etc). I haven't found any discussion on reupholstering it, etc. Has anyone worked on turning these into a better bed? Considering installing plywood covered with good foam and recovering it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

It probably just needs a refresh from whatís there, assuming thereís springs? Get some new backing fabric, foam and new fabric and itíll feel like new.
Find a auto upholstery shop or a van upfitter that isnít swamped(good luck). I had this done a few years ago, got rid of the tufted buttons and went with a more modern large square grid pattern, came out great.
