Rotating Table Surface?

I've seen a number of versions of "2nd surface rotates out" table builds lately. Anyone know a source for these tables or the hardware to build them? Or even what this type of table is called?

I haven’t seen anything, but wonder if one could use lazy susan hardware for the second/under table.
