Another option is to remove the faucet and just use jugs. Water use will go down without the electric pump...

You could also put in a marine style manual/hand pump. A little bit more convenient than just using a jug, yet still a good means of water conservation.

I do like that sink & stove setup that 86Scotty has - my sink is a bit too small now and that seems to be a very useful size.
