Sportsmobile Cabinet Re-Design Mod

Not sure where to post this since I'm not done with the Project.
We (my Buddy and I) have started on a re-do of the Cabinets in my Sportsmobile. Basically starting with the first cabinet as you enter the side doors. I'm a tech geek so basically had crammed all my A/V Toys (TIVO HD, PS3, A/V Switcher, DVR, Etc) underneath the sink cabinet and decided to learn how to make cabinets. Not any regular cabinets but high tech cabinets. We started with Melamine/MDF particle boards (HEAVY) and now building our second prototype made out of Azek (Composite Celluar PVC). I'm starting this thread to show all our progress. I'll first post a pic of what we brainstormed up with Googlesketchup and it became reality with prototype 1. I'll elaborate more as I add to this topic.
Here is the PIC of the first idea (not the right dimensions but it shows what I'm talking about)
First Layer has the pull out eatin table, the side eatin table, then you have the notebook layer that pulls out (so you can flip open the notebook), the next layer is for the permanent notebook/internet router, the next is the TIVO HD, then the PS3 layer, then the Power Brick misc stuff drawer.

I don't know if this will work also but here is an AVI Animation:

Not really too extreme, but some protection.

The hard drives in the TIVOHD, PS3, Notebook and Fujitsu Tablet are still in good shape. I run the Tablet as a low power always-on-the-internet gps tracker 24x7 12Volt EVDO celluar router (Share it to an Wireless AP)
About the only time it went bad was due to heat, the notebook cooler fan gave out and the tablet overheated and the hard drive died (replaced under warranty).
I've learned to take out all batteries also to prevent extra heat and power consumption after that.

It's secured on top of two spongy large mousepads and secured via long velco strapps (cross strapped) inside and thru slots in the cabinet drawer. It's not going anywhere.

The rest of devices I turn off when we are in the rough stuff but the TIVOHD stays on for daily commutes.
Same thing with the TIVOHD, it's got an expanded 700 Gig drive that is holding up. The TIVO sits on a notebook cooler also on a cushioned pad with a hole drilled out for cooling.

Haven't done any "Rock Crawling" lately and don't really plan too; the extreme stuff. But it has survived our Mojave, Death Valley Trips, Anza Borrego Trips and daily commutes.
So far so good..
