Sportsmobile technician

I have a penthouse Sportsmobile top on my 2011 E350 EB. The motors for lifting the top work fine but I need someone who knows how to adjust the springs and replace one of the bolts at the lifting joint. Does anyone know of a person who knows Sportsmobile penthouse lifting systems?
I have tried to contact Sportsmobile in Texas and they do not seem to respond to my calls. I also tried Phoenix AZ but they are not taking maintenance issues until the end of May.

Probably beneficial if you edit your post to include your location...may have a talented Member close by that could/would offer some assistance.

My location is on the western slope of the Rockies in Colorado. However, I am willing to travel considerable distance to fix the penthouse top.

Arturo, CCV has worked on my SMB pop top and did very good work. They are based in Loveland, CO. The caveat is that SMB does not like sending them parts, so I had to order and deliver the parts. They are pretty busy and use your project as a filler. worth a phone call to Derek...have not seen him on the forum for a while.

Edit. My first choice if I had the time would be to trek to BoyWonder and get the work done and if time permitted a vulcan mind meld for SMB knowledge.

CCV is a great solution too....assuming that Derek can fit you in.

If Arturo needs SMB-specific parts (unlikely, but possible..) that may pose a timing challenge......pics will be helpful. Also if upholstery/cabinetry needs to be removed that can be a challenge......

Sorry for the thread highjack, but since the subject has been broached. Boywonder would it be possible to cut an access "hole" on the inside top of the cabinetry to get at the bolt on the driver's side that is blocked? I've been procrastinating tackling the penthouse bolt renewal project for a couple years now and thought this might be one way to avoid deconstructing the driver's side cabinetry on the SMB RB50 plan. Looking at going through the cabinet directly behind the seat's back (to the rear of the pantry cabinet).

Or should I just bite the proverbial bullet and start dismantling cabinetry?
