Probably not. The Honda 2000 can put out about 1.6 or 1.7 KW continuous. The AC probably draws more.

Viejo is correct and according to SMB you really need about a 3KW generator.

Looks like you got your question answered, but wanted to confirm as we camp in Florida regularly. We’re using the Starcool III on shore power only. It works reasonably well during the day with the top dropped and windows covered; well enough to nap, etc. It will freeze us out at night.
