I did the same and ordered back in March during the pre-order. I think I had pretty much forgotten I'd done so until it showed up this week. I've taken it all out to check it out but haven't used it yet. I'll also report back once I've had a chance to use it so that others that are thinking about ordering one can have some feedback.

One thing that isn't being discussed is that straight propane won't burn well at altitude and you need a propane/butane type of mix. Having a tank filled in CO should get you a different mix than what you would get at lower altitude like sea level.

So I got my Triton all set up. Pretty unimpressed with the quality. Very cheaply made but it does what it’s suppose to for now. Can’t see it lasting more than a couple trips with regular use. I’m barely 300ft above sea level so the upcoming trip to Crested Butte will be the real judge. I’ll be trying what @eddyturn suggested about filling up in Colorado. Maybe I’ll do a little test burn with both the different propane mixes.

I do a lot of backcountry hiking and haven't had any issues using cold weather blends for fuel. Isobutane seems to be the key ingredient in those and my stove has never let me down while in the high country. Eddyturn's tip about using a blend sourced from a high altitude location is a good one. Good chance it's a blend of some sort.
