Propane stoves are not vented to the outside. Atwood RV stoves are rated for 32,000 BTU output, which is probably close to some water heaters. I do think CO and O2 monitors should be used with any fueled appliance. But I don't think just because it has a flame makes it inherently dangerous to use inside.

Still may vent when we do the final install. In a rush to make the trip and the risks were acceptable at the....
