Under Mount Propane Tank Inspection Re-Register ?

Greetings -- so my propane tank (2002) vintage - does it need to be inspected and/or re-registered being 2002 vintage ? Can't seem to find/get any answers locally. Need your help forum members.

Was hoping to get info "in print" - like something from "Nat Fire Code 96" or newer code info ? Tank looks brand new from the "outside."

Important to note; if I recall correctly, it’s recommended the lines going from tank to ??? Should be replaced every 5 years (or maybe it was 7), and something similar with the regulator - a Google search should reveal some answers to this.
