Upgrade from Suburban to D4/5

Does anyone have experience with swapping from the suburban propane unit to an Espar diesel setup? I want to use the area where the suburban is mounted to install both the air furnace and the hydronic setup and was curious if anyone has done this before and if the combustion air inlet/outlet for the suburban could potentially be repurposed for the espar setup. Thanks!
