Weird Water Heater Issue

I am having a weird problem with my suburban water heater. (Or maybe I'm the weird one) I believe it's the SW6DE Model. Typical one you see in early 2000's Sportsmobiles. Anyhow my issue is that the water heater is running/turning on even though I have the inside and outside water heater switches turned off!?!? I'm dumbfounded on why it's heating up with both switches in the off position. Any ideas? It does not turn on while the car is off. Only seems to happen when we are using the van so maybe it has something to do with my main breaker being turned on??

The water heater's power is DC, meaning the igniter, and of course it heats with propane. In your SMB (house) fusebox you should find about a 15 amp fuse for it. I would just pull the fuse. That's only a band-aid but it will turn it off for sure. If yours has a small black toggle switch in the bottom left corner (looking behind the cover from the outside) then it is an AC/DC model and I have no idea, but even then I think it would be on it's own breaker and not linked to the other house ones.
