Hi Roger, see post#174 of this thread topic. Post #149 has info regarding install, but the brackets come with instructions as well.

Thxs! Ray

Well in a freak thunderstorm the other night my Fiamma F45 awning snapped in pieces and tore the fabric. Super bummed as I've only used it for 2 or 3 months.

Can I use my existing Z brackets to mount the ARB awning? I might get one of those as it is not nearly as heavy.

Wow, sorry to read that! Repair parts are available for Fiamma and there is fabric repair tape. Of course, that assumes there is something repairable.

ARB will work with the brackets. You can use just two, typically do not use the middle one, and reposition the rear one more forward. The mounting of the awning is different since it does not "hang" from the top of the brackets. When you get the ARB, give me a call and I can describe the install.

Yeah my gut feeling is that the price on the leg, center support, new fabric, and various plastic pieces I'm looking at more $$ than the price of a new ARB.

The fabric tore right at where it is clamped on the outer end. I wish it was somewhere else that their patches could fix it.
