Dometic 9500 10' awning in Onyx

I have a NITB Dometic awning that I cannot use because CCV says it cannot be mounted on their pop-top. I bought it in anticipation of my new top but had to buy a different brand that mounted on the drip rails using brackets bought from 1der, right here on this forum.

It is a 10' model 9500 in a black housing and has a double-sided vinyl in the color Onyx...

This awning is self-supporting and therefore has no legs. My buddy has had one for 5 or 6 years now and it is really nice. Here is a video of the powered version (mine is the manual version)...

This awning currently sells for about $1100 new, and mine is still in the unopened box. I would like to get at least $700 for it...

I live in the San Diego, CA. area and really don't want to go through the shipping hassle unless I really need to, so if you are in the area give me a shout.

This awning does NOT have the optional light strip.
