This might be a good indication there's at least some market for another fender flare option....

Wow, those are pretty cool indeed. Particularly in light of the question "How can you place your bed sideways across and E-series van?" that comes up a fair amount.

Finally, a possible solution to sleep sideways for us taller folks! I noticed you are using the window opening on a window van. Possible to put these into a cargo van with no openings?

Are the window openings different on a pre 2008 window van?

Sorry I don't have the answer to you question, but I'm very interested in learning about the bag toilet you installed, it looks like it would be a good fit in my cabinet. Did you have to modify it to work with the slides, or are you using the stand it came with? Would you be willing to share the make and model, or better yet, a link? Fantastic built by the way. Thanks so much............

Ford didn't put much effort to update/change these vans. Except the nose-job in 2008, I believe all body panels and glass are interchangeable from 1992 to 2014.

Very nice. Finally somebody built it.
I’m thinking about the same.
How is the visibility with the external mirrow?
You might need the telescope mirrow.
What about a popout solution with soft sides?
