Those are brackets to mount lights or accessories at the a-pillar location for the Ford vans. See the pics and link below:

Hey Scott,

Looking to get some new headlights for my '98 E-250, but don't have the funds to shell out $500 right now unfortunately. Any recommendations for some lower budget headlights that can hold me over until I can afford some of the nicer options Vantage is putting together?

About the only option you have in the meantime is a set of LED bulbs we offer from Profile Performance. These won't get you the same output as our projector setups, but is definitely an improvement in color and output for the stock 9007 bulbs (plastic lens headlights with the angled inner face). These are not currently in stock, but can be ordered and stocked if people are interested.

Also note the discount code for August has been updated as SMBAUG2018 good for 5% off any purchases. I may be able to do better if more than one item is needed per order, send an email to inquire.

Thoughts on the square lens projectors? Seems to tie in well with the squarish look of the van housings. These are available in D2S form only at this time.

Dig it!!!

I concur, IMHO looks more "harmonized" to the rectangular OEM outer lens shape. And those squared-off D2S lenses look more like a contemporary (current) factory design as well....look more modern....(again, JMHO)

>> What are the characteristics/price point of the D2S vs. your other offered options? Is that the top-shelf projector/lens you currently offer?
