As others have indicated, I am impressed. I installed the headlight kit, and finally got to test it out at night, and the difference is dramatic. These lights project very well, and, after crutching the OEM headlights with various driving lights and higher intensity bulbs for years, it is great to have clear night vision forward without blinding other traffic!
The quality of the hardware and lens assembly tuning to the HID is very impressive. Scott has obviously put a lot of effort into the reflector tuning and design.

It’s official! I have read through every post on this thread, and man what a great read. Scott you are top notch. You seem to handle yourself and business very professionally, which is why I have already referred you to my buddy with the sprinter. You guys spoke about a week ago or so. Kudos to you.
I’m new to the game and have an 03’ 7.3l. I recently just bought the 08’+ front end and had a few questions since you a lighting expert. What will I need to buy in order to make the new lights work with the old wiring harness? I know it’s an adapter, but don’t know which kind. This of course is just for the meantime until I get further along in my build to then gets some projectors from you.

Thanks for the kind words and reference!
Depending on which lights your van came with in 03 it's either got the sealed beam H4 plug or the composite light's 9007 plug. Refer to the attached pic so we can get you setup with the correct parts.

If you stick with the sealed beam lights they will plug right in, if you are going to larger chrome lights, you will need an H4 male to 9008/H13 female adapter.
