I've had this happen twice, and Scott has been great guiding me through - I'll let Scott chime in, but try these two first:
First thing to do is rule out the bulb. Take the bulb out of the one that works and try it in the one that doesn't. if the good bulb works in the bad headlight then its probably the bulb...BUT, Check the GROUND contacts (this was MY PROBLEM BOTH TIMES - and an easy fix)

TwoX, excellent advice.
Scott, I'll try your suggestion this weekend.
Thank you both!

Apparently it's August already! Use code VOSMBAUG21 to save 10% on all purchases on the site.
Have an idea of what products we should look into making? Let's hear them!

Anyone who buys a set of Scott's fantastically awesome headlights should also consider buying headlight protection film to protect your investment
https://www.weathertech.com/lampgard/
and it's super easy to install!!!

Unreng- are these still available? I haven't checked in a little bit but they were out when I went to make a bulk purchase. I do run these on my personal lights and highly recommend them for all lights. Be aware though, they will look very bubbly for a week or so after installation but will smooth out perfect once they dry.
Thanks for the info!

Awesome, thanks for the update!
I don't think I used the film for the markers either, likely for the same reason. I wasn't as concerned since they are a rather simple replacement item that I normally stock many of.

So here we are in September now with Labor Day right around the corner. We will be running a special sale from Sept 3 to Sept 7 with coupon code " LABORDAYVO that will be good for 10% off and free shipping for all items. We have tried our best to minimize lead times and keep the shelves stocked!
Once Sept 7 passes we will have coupon code " VOSMBSEP21 available for 10% off for the whole month.

I just installed the backup lights, turn signals and relay. Easy peasy install and much superior to stock. Good stuff Scott.
