Re: Ford E-Series Van HID Projector Retrofit lights

I have been busy recently building up several sets of SMB members' lights. This is one example and by far the most popular. Black non-led housings complete with the HID kit and harness. Came out looking super slick. Contact me for a set of your own!

Re: Ford E-Series Van HID Projector Retrofit lights

I've been busy knocking out a bunch of these recently. Here is a basic chrome version that came out classy and simple.

Re: Ford E-Series Van HID Projector Retrofit lights

Here is the first set the 08-up lights that I've completed. These lights look awesome and turned out great, but man are they a lot of work! I think they are worth it though! PM me if you are interested in a set.

Let's hope so.....that is always the goal! These take a while compared to the 92-07 units, but the results are great. Makes me want to run out a buy an 09 up (I like the new dash as well) for a "test rig".

They look great! I'm definitely interested.

Can you elaborate on pricing? Looks like these have the halo option. Also, I assume the indicator light is missing from your first photo simply because the lights are not installed on a van.

Thanks,
Brent

Brent,

Pricing is flexible and changes with the availability of the parts. I have seen these housings for sale from $300 to $700 with no change in the actual product. My goal is to always get the best deal possible for the customer. It is safe to say the complete kits will start around the $750 mark since the initial parts cost is so high. These take about 3x as much labor as the earlier gen units as the require more time to open and modify for the projector.

You are correct, the light in the photo is missing the turn signal/running light bulb. Halos are an option as well with every light set sold. They are very bright and can be used as a daytime running light or for enhanced night time looks. This option completely depends on the customer as some people love them and some hate them. The halos will also need to be wired for your application as they can be done many ways.

Please contact me either by PM or email (Stredbull18@gmail.com) and we can discuss what the light build for your van will cost.

Scott

Re: Ford E-Series Van HID Projector Retrofit lights

Got a set of headlight what seems like months ago....Finally had a free day to get them installs. The hardest part about the install was just actually reading the instructions and then opening all the boxes before getting started. Everything from the kit was pretty much just plug and play. The end result was was more than worth it. The transformation from Fords square seal beams to the Black Chrome lights was unbelievable. I can see down the road now. Just bummed I waited so long to install them. Well worth the investment.
