91 E250 4x4

I’ve been looking to replace our 2005 6.0 e350 tall van with a 4x4 van for a while and the time has finally arrived! 1991 e250 4x4 with a 351winsor, 80,000 on her. I have a 7.3 IDI from a F350 I could potentially use in it but I would like to see how the 351 does first.
To be honest, most of my experience is fixing diesel equipment and trucks for my business and rebuilding sailboats that we have traveled and lived on. It’s going to be fun to build out a van with very different set of parameters. I feel fortunate and appreciative to have a resource like this to check in and gather ideas.
