Can anyone ID this Yakima roof rack?

I recently got these from my father-in-law and I'm trying to figure out what tracks I need to mount them on. Any ideas? Thanks.

Control Tower with base to fit on Yakima or Thule add-on roof rails.

Thanks guys. Do you know what kind of "landing pad" I need to fit those oval metal pieces? I haven't been able to find a picture of something that looks like that anywhere. I'm going to be installing them on a truck canopy.

The oval metal pieces simply slide into the roof track. You shouldn’t need a landing pad if you’re using it for that.
